Ludwig's Streamer Games is back, and it's exactly as chaotic as it sounds. Real sports like dodgeball and volleyball get thrown in a blender with genuinely unhinged events like mechanical bull riding and musical chairs, all in the name of Olympic-style bragging rights. The third edition runs August 1-2 at USC's Allyson Felix Field in Los Angeles, with eight teams and 39 confirmed creators locked in. One final roster spot remains TBA.
How Massive Is This Event, Really?
The stats from last year pretty much explain why every creator on the internet is trying to land a spot on a Ludwig show:
- 3.74 million hours watched across Twitch and YouTube
- A peak of 374,000 concurrent viewers
- More than double the hours watched from the inaugural year
- Over 90 separate channels covering the event in some form, up from just 24 at the first Streamer Games

The Format
Nothing about the format has changed this year, keeping the same two-day layout:
- Day one: dodgeball, a 100-meter dash, musical chairs
- Day two: mechanical bull riding, volleyball, archery
Rosters are split mostly by geography, alongside dedicated All-Star and specialty squads.
A New Team This Year
The real change for 2026 is a team called Alumni, made up of the top students from Kai Cenat's Streamer University 2026, the six-day creator bootcamp that wrapped last month in Arkansas. It's a sign of how tightly creator culture has started overlapping lately. Organizers increasingly draw from the same rosters across different events, since familiar faces with proven on-camera chemistry are an easier sell than unknowns.
